Excellent question! We aim to help you keep your photos organized! 

First, open the images tab, and you will be prompted to create a new FOLDER. Simply enter a folder name and an empty folder will appear right away.

You can add as many folders as you need just press the PLUS ICON (+) on the lower right-hand side of the mobile device. You will be able to uniquely label all your folders to stay organized. 

Inside each folder. you can add as many images as you desire.  Tap the FOLDER to open it and press the PLUS SIGN (+) in the lower right corner of your mobile device. 

You can choose to use your CAMERA to take a photo instantly or use GALLERY to choose a photo already in your camera roll. 

If you choose CAMERA, simply point and click a picture, name it and it will appear in your folder. You can do this as many times as you like and will be able to name each photo. 

Having trouble finding a photo?

Tap open the IMAGES button and look near the top of the screen for the SEARCH BAR.

To the right, you will see a blue box with an arrow. 

TAP the blue box and you can now SORT your images alphabetically by name. 

Tap open the IMAGES menu and tap open a FOLDER.

Tap the blue PLUS SIGN (+) on the bottom right corner of your mobile device and you will see CAMERA and GALLERY at the top of your screen.

Tap GALLERY, and now you have to allow the app to access your photos in the settings tab. Or, you can allow limited access by tapping the select more photos option. Check the photo you want to add. 

Click on recents to check mark it and then select done. Add a name to the image and it will appear in your folder.

Peace Out is a secure video, document, and photo storage system that allows you to collect, store, and share important memories with your loved ones. With Peace Out, you can ensure your legacy lives on, your family knows your final wishes, and your memories are preserved and handed down to future generations.

An Ambassador is a trusted person you designate in the event anything happens to you. This person will have a personal passcode you assign to them in the event they may need to access your files. 

It is your choice of how you give access to your legacy videos and photographs that tell your story. You may discuss ahead of time with this person and tell them where to find your code or simply share a code with them immediately. 

You may change your code or remove / add / change your Ambassadors anytime you need.  You may choose up to three Ambassadors. 

Your personal representative(s) you selected will be your Personal Ambassador(s) that you noted in your profile. 

This Ambassador you selected will go to our login screen on the Peace Out Friends app and click on the Account Ambassador Request Access Screen.

The Ambassador will then be routed to the next page to fill in your mutual password and death certificate if necessary. 

If the Ambassador supplies the correct credentials, the link to download your videos will be sent to your Ambassador to disseminate as you wish.

Remember, you may change your Ambassador at any time.
